On-Schedule -- anyone using?

Fusion and PI seem to be the most commonly mentioned Personal Information Managers. I really don't want Outlook on my computer -- and truely want a desktop functionality for whatever program I use. The ability to sync via a server would be nice, though not critical.

More searching revealed a mention of Odyssey's On-Schedule. Reviews seem good.

I will be calling tomorrow to get answers to some specific questions. Some of the concerns I have are: Keeping my classes (teaching 6 sections), business x2, and personal stuff seperate, yet the To-Do lists need to be combined.

I also need the ability to integrate with Excel, similar to how it (seems to) work with MS Word.

Just curious to know if anyone has been using this program.
