Some nice freebies I get to use:
Tascal Regedit
CabInstl
Microsoft Reader Dictionary
Adobe Reader 2.0 (VGA fixed)
SplashID
Total Commander
Emu48ppc
Mort´s Player
Tascal Gauge
TCPMP
PocketNester
ColorPicker 1.0 Beta 1 for PocketPC
ColorPicker is the first software available that lets the users of a Pocket PC device change the appearance of the device. This is similar to the "Display Properties" on the Windows Platforms, where a user can choose the appearance of the desktop. The properties that can be set are the default colors of components, such as title bars, buttons, background color of menus and so forth.
I have run both Pocket plus (versions 2 thru the current version 3) and wisbar withouut issues.
One note though, is to uncheck the pocket plus "close Button" function in the pocket plus settings. This will interfere with Wisbar's task switching and closing functions.

I was blown away with the look of your today screen. All those great icons where did they come from or did you create them yourself. Strange thing was when I went back to look again I couldn't find that screen where they all were? Can you re-thread that picture. I recall you had a a big black telephone as one icon. I'd love to emulate your creative screen.
My favorite freeware has got to be Total Commander. It is easy to use and has lots more functions than the default file explorer. you can also extract .zip files.
Why has no-one mentioned TCPMP yet (the best media player on the planet)?
Thanks folks. I copied the installation files to my PDA, clicked on the file, then I got the following message: “There is no applications associated with “filename”. Run the application first, then open this file from the application”.
FYI, the installation files doesn’t have the extension CAB, some of them have extension 001, 002, 003, etc.
Any advice?
The Problem is that you're unzipping the file. cab files CAN be unzipped, but in order to install it properly, leave the downloaded file as it is. the ax will unzip the file when it is opened.
I just wanted to let members know that BatMemTime has been updated to version 4.0 which supports WM 5.0. I have not tried it yet but you can get it here
