Opening web pages using MultiIE

I have noticed that I cannot open new web pages from links embedded inside html formatted messages.

Specifically, if the links I am trying to open are javascript. When I select open in a new window from the MultiIE dropdown menu, I get returned to the Today screen. When I select open in the current window, I can successfully access the link. However, I now have to close the current window.

Has anyone run into this issue? What can I do to be able to open new windows from links that are javascript?

I believe same thing was happening to me with PIE with SPB Pocket Plus on some sites. I kept on getting the today screen and loosing all the information on the web sites that I was browsing. Finally I switched to Netfront 3.2. It takes a lot of memory but at least Javascipt is well supported. Didn't have the same issue since...

I think both of you are correct. I think that the page you're trying to open isn't fully supported by your borwser AND it needs more memory. Try freeing up some RAM then try again. If you still keep getting the error and disappearing browser then it's not just RAM, the page can't be opened fully by your browser. I would suggest you switch browsers or give up opening that page.
