Anyone experience poor support from any products by RESCO? I downloaded a trial version of their Stickies program and had a minor question about inputing, I didn't realize that my question was so outrageous that needed to be ignored not only once but twice . It's funny how "all" computer support went from unlimited support on the phone, to web support and finally to none at all. I thought this product would of suited my needs and I was probably going to purchase a suite from them, but WTF...bad is bad. Anyone have any thoughts?
