I was just reading about Divix 6 and am going to download it as soon as i get home. It looks like it is going to be even easier to encode with this upgrade....

But i am assuming that Betaplayer, core - or whatever it is called now, is not going to play it. Anyone know if this is planned? Piccard? Thanks.

I use Pocket DVD Studio to encode and it would not work with DIVX6.
It worked but the settings were all off.
Others reported similar problems with lots of other encoders.
I'd stick with 5 or wait for 6.x.
