I checked on the website how to uninstall and it says to disable auto load on startup. problem is i cant access the program, the gui is screwed and i cant uninstall because the program is "running" how can i get around this without doing a hard reset (I dont even know how to do a hard reset... lol) thank you all for your help

This is from the icbar website. Remove the file \windows\startup\WIS Bar.lnk then go to Start > Settings > System > Remove Programs and uninstall it.

Okay so your next question is how do I do that. Well the best thing to do is install a third party file explorer that will let you see the actual file extension instead of guessing which icon means what using the built in file explorer. I recommend Total Commander for Pocket PC 2.0 not just because it's free but because it's feature packed.

Let us know how it goes.
