WP is a really great weather program for a great price. I would return to handango for a refund and download it direct from the website...

Are we 100% sure this is a Marsware issue and not a Handango issue? I thought I've read other threads where Handango has been messing up orders. Or maybe I'm just crazy.

They're not answering emails either. So it's not just Handango.

I have been sending mail and posting right on their site as well, so part of it is Marsware not responding. That doesn't mean that Handango didn't screw something up as well... hard to say.

I sent mail to Handango and they said they were attempting to contact the author directly to get it resolved. If it's not resolved by Monday, I will start looking for another solution... which is too bad, because everything I have heard about the quality of the product has been really great. But if I can't even get them to provide the product to me, what will happen when there's a problem???

I keep hearing how great the software is, but I just started a trial of spb weather b/c I can't deal w/the headache of marsware. I hope they take care of you guys.

If you go through the marsware website it should not be an issue. It is very good software for a lot less money. I still recommend it. :approve:

I don't know whats go great about this application. The icons are nice and everything but I wouldn't pay for it. there are enough good free weather panels out there.
