BTW, over at PPCMag (see the link above), the TR people have announced they would be ready to even make the sources of TR available for people that would go on developing it.
Seemed to install for me. :) I haven't found a controller file for any of my hardware yet, though. :(

If you are talking about the free URC remote control (note that it is not as good as the other ones and might not work for you) then just download the zipped file, unzip on your desktop and move the folder "U.R.C.v1.01.beta" to your pocket pc. Click on the URC.exe file on your pocket pc to execute it.

Man I am sorry for being dumb, but I still can not get it to work. Here is what I did. Activesync, copy "URC v1.01 beta", then I get stuck. If I tap either of the two files in the folder i get a new window in the background that is "u.r.c. configuration. It wants a com mumber (set on 4), mode (set.ir infrared (ir) mode) , select ime outs, 9600 baud, no parity, one stop bit. Again thanks for the help and sorry to be so new to this.

Are you sure you want to use URC? Why don't you give a try to a surely-working commercial app instead?
