There are a few out there. MemMaid (in addition to many other things) has buttons for this. But to tell you the truth I don't see much of a need for it. To power the unit off (put it in standby) just push the power button. For soft reset you just push the button on the back (not that you should have to do this to often) and for a hard reset you push the power button and the button in the back. But a hard reset is always a last resort. I would not recomend doing them unless it is your last ditch hope of fixing a problem. I have never needed to do one outside of the one required for a ROM update. Good Luck~

Yeh I know you're right but FWIW some like to turn off their device with their stylus- don't need to change the grip on the case and then just shut it. Also, some of us soft-reset daily- much more convenient from the today screen !
To each their own ! I personally use Todaywarrior- fantastic small footprint app- and set it to only show the top line (power off, soft reset, lock backlight "ON", memory usage shortcut etc)
