EZ Reader

I have a question about the Church of Latter Day Saints free scripture software EZ Reader. I have it loaded on my Axim, but I have to storage all the scriptures on my RAM. I was wondering if there was any way to store the files on a CF card and still have EZ Reader find them? Thanks.

Does it put the files in my documents? If it does try creating a folder in your cf called my documents. Then transfer the files to the new my documents folder on the cf. I've had programs that want to put the files in my documents folder and I just cut and paste them to my documents on my cf card. I haven't had a program yet that did not let me do this. Hope this works...

smeg36, You have to try this software
for LDS scriptures, its the best and all free...
I absolutely love it... YanCEyWare Reader and books..

http://www.yanceyware.com/ldsresource.htm

As it is setup now on my device, i have all documents
loaded on my SD card,

Documents:
http://www.yanceyware.com/YanCEyWareReader.htm

I think everything there is also availble in LIT format .. but
I prefer the yanceyware reader docs... theres step by step
setup instructions as well.. on the above link...

Silentknight,

Thank you so much for the link! That software is much more detailed and usefull than EZ Reader. I appreciate it, and my RAM appreciates the extra space it gives me.

Just incase anyone is still interested, I used Resco Registry to edit the reg entry for the EZ reader. I pointed it to my SD card directory and it works fine. :) I'm going to try out the reader that silentknight is suggesting also though.

Thanks,
hypnotoad

I use both readers as there are things available for ez reader that aren't for yancey. (I prefer yancey though) If you want to keep your ez reader books on a storage card you need to install the reader program in main memory AND on the storage card.
