I did enjoy your program on my X3i very much - but I have trouble with the IE cache.
I have turned off the BIS mark in the IE section because the cache was replaced to my SD cart instead of the BIS, and my SD works very slowly.
After this my IE seems to operate much slower now !?
It looks like the caching has gone.
When I look into
\windows\profile\guest\cache it's almost empty (?)
Usually I have about 3 megs in there after a busy day - but not now.
I've looked for the 'cache'-files elsewhere - in BIS and my SD - no luck.
So I uninstalled the program - and did a soft reset...
but the caching is not OK yet :-)
I would appreciate to have my cache working again - and I don't mind to do a reg-edit if you can give me a hint ....
Say dog when do you plan to release an updated version of your product "Registery tweak" Like to know you still got my e-mail right so you can e-mail it to me? Thanks man, Hope to hear from you soon.

Sorry for being late. I've been out of town for a few days.
First of all, uninstall does not put back the changes you made with it. The tool does not have the feature to "restore default" settings. The reason? You may use some other tool, like tweak2k2 etc, to change the settings after using my tool. To keep tracking the changes made by other tools and try to restore the settings to a certain state is very hard to do. No matter what I choose, there will be some people liking some other ways. So, I just leave it.
I don't know what happened on your device. It must be different from x50v in the memory card order. Anyway, change the value under the following registry key:

No worry. I'll make sure to email you once I feel confident enough to release the next build.
While you were out, I did a regedit and created a cache folder of my own.
Now, the IE caching and your RegTweak works fine together as long as I don't make a soft reset from within your program.
Anyway to disable the registry tweaking part of the program? I use another program to set my IE temp files to "\sd card\system\..." but it looks like if I run the Registry Tweak settings applet, it sets the temp files to "\sd card\profile\guest\...". I went into the applet and unchecked BIS from all the IE fields, changed my temp file locations, but after I reset, the BIS settings were rechecked in the applet.
I think if I don't run the Registry Tweak applet, my settings won't be altered. Maybe there is a bug with the BIS setting?
Can you add a third option for the memory bar to just show Program Ram? I use WM5 so I'm not concerned about Storage Ram.
Thanks Dog, By any chance did the site freewebs.com become useful for you? I hope it does, if you know how to build a site, It was useful for me since I have a copy of dreamweaver and a copy of macromedia flash 5

I have web space available somewhere else. But I'm really not good at writing web pages. Well do when I have time.
I don't think so.
If I have interpreted the article by Menneisyys correct ly, the reason in my case for the slow PIE cache in my SD is caused by
a 512k Kingston SD card
formated as FAT32
with 16k cluster size
and a FAT backup table !
... so the monkey is on my shoulder ;-)
BTW: Why can't you simply leave alone the default name of the cache folder ?
Then my 'Fast-Cleanup' program would work OK !
say dog I got a suggest you know where it shows the time? next to it can you put on the registery that so it can show next to it am or pm like what tweak2k2 has? :D and another thing you think its possible to have like a tray icon for your register for faster access? Just a few ideals while I was sleeping lol long day at work. Oh and can you have like a different battery layout like when it shows a battery icon that like I guess demolish as the battery drain out similar to the one you have that shows up on the top of the screen I think both options would be cool if the user would liike to use either two. By the way what is the IE 6.0 thing does to the browser for PPC? I'm alittle confuse.

Great suggestions! Thank you.
To display AM/PM, like what tweak2k2 does - I'll need to figure out the settings. Shouldn't be too hard.
Tray icon for faster access - hmm... Maybe not. As that requires one more process to run and it takes more screen space. Unless someone just gets it installed and tries to play with the settings, it probably is not necessary to get to it often. Once you find the setting you like, the chances are you are not going to touch it again, or at least not for a long time. So, let's save the resource. ;-)
Battery layout - Sorry, I don't quite understand exact what you mean.
IE6 - When you do browsing on the device, do you notice that some sites (like google, aximsite, engadget, etc.) tailor the layout to fit the small mobile screen? Some people what to have the same layout as on desktop using IE. So the browser needs to pose as IE6 when making request to the web server. That's what this feature is for.
