Help! I need an organizer app that installs a parent app on the PC
Pocket informant, Agenda fusion, and pocket outlook- all these organizers have the fatal flaw that they sync to Outlook on the partner PC. The problem with that is that Outlook is badly behaved on my computer, crashing frequently, causing slow shutdowns, etc. Does anyone know of an organizer application that installs its counterpart on the PC, so you can enter your task lists and appointments on the PC, and then sync them to the AXIM, without getting OUTLOOK involved?
I used to have a sharp PDA that came with desktop software made by Daytime Organizer. It synced beautifully and worked like a dream, and only cost $200. I'd still be using it today but the PDA was too big and heavy. The daytimer software was much slicker and more functional than OUTLOOK, but daytimer stopped writing it - it's not available for the AXIM.
Thanks for your suggestions!
