I use Tibr on my desktop to convert word, txt, rtf files and mobipocket on the Axim to read them works great.... :approve:

There's also a nice text or pdb/doc editor called BigDoc which loads, edits and saves pdc files. Just paste your text into it and save it as a pdb.
