Hi, I've tried the company for this and they answered my first email and haven't help me resolve my problem at all. I purchased snoopsoft dashboard. I can view it ok when I use the DEFAULT SKIN. When I try to use any other skin whatsoever it views all screwed up on my screen taking up just the upper left hand 1/4 of the screen. Very strange. I've uninstalled and reinstalled many, many times but this is a continuing problem. It's not much good if I can't seek out and use alternative skins for the program.

Has anyone else had this problem? How did you resolve it? Since I can't seem to get satisfaction from Snoopsoft I would appreciate any help. Thanks martimom :love:

I've never used Snoopsoft Dashboard, but it sounds like those other skins are not made for VGA screens, which have 4X the resolution of QVGA screens.

That's the answer Gigi. You have to use VGA skins with the X50v and snoopsoft dashboard.
