What program is this...

In Wisbar Advance 2.0 there is a little program like switcher bar but in my opinion far better - it's in the top right and lets you close programs etc.

I remember seeing it seperate somewhere but I can't remember the name for the life of me. Does anyone know what it's called?

Thanks!
