I purchased WeatherPanel from the Handango website two weeks ago. I still haven't received my Registration Key code from Marsware. I've contacted the support email address twice now and haven't gotten a response either time. Anyone run into the problem? Have any ideas what to do?

Did you contact Handango or Marsware? Have you been to the Marsware site, or forum?

There's a thread on the Marsware site forums, discussing this. Looks like developer has been absent for quite some time.

I'd get Handango to refund you, and purchase an alternative app such as PocketWeather.

Actually, there is an alternative: get a refund from Handango, and then repurchase through the Marsware site. Registration keys are coming within an hour or two, via their own automatic system.

While Martian (the developer) has been gone from his forum for some time, the app is still amazing and the customization options keep coming via free themes posted by users.

Martian has "disappeared" for a while before and returned with an amazing update, so this might be what happens this time. But, even if not, in many people's opinion it's still the best weather app out there.

As for me, I've bought most of the apps out there. I still have WeatherPanel, Spb Weather, FizzWeather, Weather Info (free) and the beautiful new Pocket Weather, installed on my X50v. The one I'm using most lately is Pocket Weather by SBSH.

That is exactly what I did, received my registration key very quickly and the program is great.

Not sure why this is happening, but now I buy directly from the developer if it is possible, avoiding the reseller.
