Is there a way to disable the onscreen keyboard on my Axim x30h?
Or at least, get rid of the icon in the corner?

There are several programs. I've used ZeNoKeyboard and I'm currently using a utility that's part of PHM Pocket PC PowerToys. Both of these are freeware.
