I don't know the answer, but I found this tip on the Opera forum: If you change the shortcut to run "OperaWM.exe" instead of "Operalaunch.exe", it seems to get around that error. It must take less resources

Also noticed that 8.65 beta 2 is out today. Haven't had much time to play with it yet. I'll be interested to see what Menneisyys has to say once he's had a chance to give it a drive.

I've installed PiePlus and Opera as trials.

I'm accessing my 'Favorites' (organized in folders) several times a day - a what a pain it is with Opera - without a shortcut you have to click several times to get to a link.
Finally getting to the link, it seems that Opera is showing the (old) cache info, so you'll have to do a refresh to get the newest info.

Also, I do copy and paste TV schedules from the web into my calendar and find that it's much, much easer to do that from PiePlus because Opera scrolls when I try to make a text mark.
(Sure, I know the scroll feature may be turned off - but it is not really easy done - and I like to scroll otherwise)

Posting (to AximSite) is a lot easer from PiePlus because you may turn on/off the scroll feature immediately from the icon, so that you may mark, cut-and-paste.

The PiePlus hotkeys are a (unexpected) good feature.

Menneisyys,

I notice that you do not include Web Viewer for WM5/6 (recently updated to v1.1) in your list of PIE plug-ins. I wonder if you have tested this program out. I was thinking of including it in the Best PPC Freewares list as it is one of the few if not only freeware programs that I know of that provides tabbed browsing. I wanted to know what others think of it before adding it to the list. I've tested it just today and it seems to work fine and allow for tabbed browsing which is a great feature. It does seem to be somewhat of a system resource hog though.

Have not tested v1.1 yet, only the very weak 1.0. Will test it soon.
