I have an Advanced linked to a Dell running XP. Recently, the Files portion of syncing got hosed, and it would sync an endless series of 12 files.


Finally, I did a hard reset. Things are working ok, except my inbox and files components generate the following error messages for different attachments:

- Cannot convert (different file names here). Multiple concurrent conversions are not supported.

- Cannot convert (filename here). The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process.

HELP. I just want to sync successfully. My system used to work fine, then I had email problems (counts between laptop and Axim would be different), and then the file problem above, which drove me to a reset. Any ideas?
