Push e-mail for Windows Mobile

Is there a push e-mail that I can set up for Windows Mobile devices, so i can actually go back to WM after using Blackberry for about a year and a half. I really miss the darn WM!

Yesterday I took a look at my cousin's shadow, even that sucker looks great compared to Blackberry's screen. Just because I have to have a reliable e-mail connection, I can't use what I had been using for over 5 years.

Would setting up exchange server at home serve the purpose? I think it would still be a little slower than BIS, right?

Thanks, but 2 years, still in Beta? How much does it cost?

Looks like all the options involve additional cost where as getting BIS for Blackberry is one price covers all, data access and push e-mail.

well, if you have a spare server or a workstation sitting around, exchange is easy, especially for one person. and performance is subject to your server configuration and data speed/availability.

emoze is rather intuitive and works once its configured.

emoze being the easier to get going

I have a Pantech Duo that I will try this with on AT&T 3G speed.
Do you have emoze set up to use on a spare computer that is running all the time, sending e-mails to your phone? Is replying from phone done via emoze servers as well, or is it direct delivery from Phone to receiver via internet?

Can you give me some information about how it works, I saw the Emoze chart but it doesn't answer a lot of questions.

It is free for the end user (other than data use). They are the company that produced the push email client for AT&T and others. They sell/license it as a service to the carrier and then the carrier would use it as a service to attract people to buy a data package.

I have it pushing Exchange email via OWA, yahoo, pop, and gmail to my phone (each to their own inbox) and no software is installed on any PC.

to be totally honest, i tried it out back in the day when it first came out and was impressed. i dont use it anymore, however.

its free so why not test it out yourself or check out the one from radimus
