I got this error message a couple of times:
"The Bluetooth radio failed to turn ON due to insufficient driver memory available. You must perform a normal reset before you can turn ON the Bluetooth radio"
I have SKTools installed - - there's an option to modify Windows startuip apps. I changed the app BTTrayCE.lnk to be as high an order as possible, this solved the problem for me

Erm....does that mean it's at number 1, or say, number 7, as 7 is higher than 1?

Battery Monitor is 1
BTTrayCE.lnk is 2
Magic Button is 3
IPAQWireless.lnk is 4....

I made the change on sat and haven't once seen the message since.

Doesn't work for me

I have changed the start up sequence to:

1 Battery Monitor.lnk
2 BTTrayCE.lnk
3 IPAQWireless.lnk....

Any further suggestions?

It doesn't work for me either. I think it's directly related to Today screen panels and the memory that they use. My solution is to run NoPlugInsToday, do a soft reset, turn on BT, then run NoPlugins again.
