I had this over in the multimedia section but this is probably better suited in the bluetooth area.


I have an RX3715 which I sometimes attach to my PA via the the 1/8th headphone out to my PA system, which I use as my home stereo system. However, if I plug the iPaq in to be powered it causes a hum through the PA, on batteries it sounds great.

But, seeing that the 3715 also comes with bluetooth, for headphones etc, is there some sort of bluetooth adapter thingie which I could attach to the PA to receive the audio from the iPaq? So in other words, the iPaq would think my whole powered PA system was just a pair of headphones.

Does this make sense, or is it a crazy idea.
It would be so cool to be able to sit in a chair across from the system and control what songs I wanted from the palm of my hand.

i dont know about bluetooth. but u can get what guitarists use to wirelessly connect their guitairs to the amps so they can run around on stage.. just plug this into the headfone socket on the ipaq and the mic socket on the pa so the kit would think the ipaq is a guitar.. and the pa is the amp!... sorted!

Hmmmm a guitar wireless, good suggestion. I'll check it out and see if it would work.
