I just got a new Moto H500 bluetooth headset, and I want to know if it is possible to get my ipaq's audio to play over the headset. i have it bonded and paired to my ipaq, but i cannot use it for anything. i have a voip program and cannot use it as a headset, nor can i use it to listen to music. does anybody know how to do either one of these things?

does anybody know how i can do this? i'm beta testing a VoIP program, and its a lil awkward holding up my hx4700 like a cell phone

actually, its really bad, because i have a moto v551 which is small and light, and the ipaq is the exact opposite, heavy and bulky, but i gotta say, its a great device.

Go into BT manager, hold stylus on headset icon till you get the options, choose 'Hands free settings' make sure both telephone and audio boxes are checked.

I use a moto hs810 with no problems at all.

hm, when i go to the bt manager, and hold to get the drop down menu under my shortcuts, all i get is properties, which only askes for authorization and encryption

ok, once i started playing around, i tealized what harry was talkin about. however, i do not have the handsfree option, all i have is audio gateway

ok, i just did some digging around in my user manual, and i do not have handsfree listed in the services tab of bt settings. i have audio gateway, but no handsfree. does anybody know how to fix this problem? i have the latest rom on my hx4700, with the xip upgrade to fix the battery issue.
