I wonder if these suffer the same problems as the HP model. Saw 'em on ebay for ipods.

Yes, they do. They are the EXACT same pair of headphones. The HP ones are, in actuallity, made by Logitech and then rebranded. The ONLY difference, and I mean ONLY, is the firmware on the headphones that tell it to be compatible with the ipod. They still suck. The bands will still break. And people won't get the warranty HP offers. Ewww, and they are that godawful ipod white that just SCREAMS "look at me! I am a walking Apple billboard!" Bleh.

Hah nice response, I have the black ones and thanks to HP warranty it doesn't really matter how many times they break, the next day I get a new pair
