H4150 BT Hardware Failure?

I have just replaced the touchsreen on my 4150 everything seems to be working OK including WiFi except for bluetooth. The BT cannot see or be seen, the blue LED flashes OK. Other threads suggested reflashing the ROM which I did to no avail. Any clues would be appreciated.

24 hrs later and BT is working just fine!! Don't ask my why. I'm just happy
