You should be able to find the application for Live update (which is installed to your PC and transfers files to your PDA) on the CD that came with your PDA. Live update is not really necessary to create a Bluetooth pairing between your cellphone and PDA (at least I didn't need it), just do this within Bluetooth Manager: Select New > Connect to Internet via phone (or whatever connection wizard relates to what you wish to do with your phone), Next and the wizard will prompt you through the rest. For phone select, just choose "unknown, or phone not listed."
You can look at the connection wizard page and see the various types of Bluetooth connections you can achieve between various devices. You'll see a Hands-free/Headset setup that you will use to connect to bluetooth headphones (I have a bluetooth earbud that I can create a pairing for, but then I cannot hear any music or any thing like that on my PDA - the ear bud is not geared to do this, but it works fine with my phone).
In some cases you can have multiple bluetooth connections at once, but in other cases you can not. For instance, I cannot use my bluetooth earbud with my phone and use bluetooth to transfer contacts to my phone from my PDA (to place calls) at the same time. I will receive a message that the phone's bluetooth connnection is busy. But you can use a bluetooth keyboard and bluetooth headset on the PDA at the same time.
