I just bought a Globetop g66

GlobalTop G66 51 Channel Bluetooth GPS Receiver for PDA - (eBay.ca item 310043243229 end time 21-Apr-08 21:00:00 EDT)

I am unable to get this thing to pair with the dell axim. I'm so confused! It should be pretty easy rigght? like adding a headset to a phone. For some reason the light that is supposed to turn solid after it connects continues to flash and obviously I am unable to access any of the GPS info because there is no connection. I get to the part where I'm supposed to enter 0000 to pair the two devices but no luck. the light continues to flash 3 flashes/ second means looking for device, 1flash/3 seconds means connected)
