Problems Installing on Windows XP Pro
Hey all,

I don't know if anyone else has come across this problem. But I'm having a problem installing my i-Mat SP5 (HTC Tornado) onto one of my users desktops.

Basically, it's detected by Windows XP, then installs itself as it should, but then at the end of the hardware installation, Windows gives me an error saying that it cannot install the device.

Has anyone ever come across this problem? I'm not too sure what's wrong. If it's the computer of the phone.

I have tried reinstalling the device as well as all the USB drivers, and have also tried different USB ports on the computer, but it just doesn't seem to be working.

The computer is also in an Active Directory domain. Incase that was of any use.

Thanks.

Yup! Sure do. I am the Domain Administrator. But should I be using the Local Administrator account?
