Apparently RIMfeels threatened by Samsung's new success with the <a href="http://www.mobilitysite.com/articles/link.php?id=382" target="_blank">BlackJack</a> because they are sueing Samsung over it! What's next?Gonna go afterJanet Jackson for the song Black Cat? "Oh, RIM, we understand that you want to protect your trademark over the BlackBerry name.
