Question is, has anybody successfully connected a Blackjack to a ppc or pc for modem purposes. I had limited success getting internet access through a private area network (PAN) through my pc but couldn't replicate that on my ppc.
Any ideas? or intelligence on this topic?

I was uble to setup Activesync connection without any problem. On BlackJack you have to switch bluetouth on and make it visible. Then use a menu add a device (your PC) and select a service ActiveSync from a list of two available options (another available service was audio or something like that, don't remember).
Then you go to activesync on your BlackJack and click menu - conect via bluetooth.
If you have Activesync installed on your PC the new connection wizzard will start and you will be abble to create new partnership, as usual.
As about modem connection I never tried it before now. I really didn't need it as I was very happy to check e-mails and serf internet using BlackJack. IM also is working nicely. But after reading this post I decided to check if it works for me. I was using my Acim x51v. And it didn't work. I have widcomm bt stack installed on Ax. But probably it wont work wis MS stack as well as a problem with BlackJack BT stack. When I tryed to explore BlackJack from Ax it says that device doesn't provide any services. When I tryed to add Ax to BlackJack the only service from Ax that BlackJack sees was com port. I was trying to add com ports to BlackJack (it has this option in menu), but Ax didn't see anything from BlackJack anyway.
So I quess that it just doesn't work. I have Nokia 6234 bt phone, and I didn't have any problem with using it as a modem. When I explore this phone from Ax it sees modem service and few others including com port, file exchange, etc.
