I am trying to figure out if there is a way to sync my Outlook "notes" with ActiveSync 4.5 on my Samsung Blackjack. Does anyone know how to do this?

this should work just fine - it is one of the options that you can check to be synced.

Not for a smartphone.
Put the CD that came with your BlackJack into the computer, it should have a program to sync the notes program samsung included with the blackjack.
