how did you get a 300mhz to run WM2003?

I bought it with it already installed. Its version 4.20.1081 (Build 13100) is whats currently installed. Runs it beautifully. I can post a screenshot with the version and spec screen if you like.

I'd like to try to move this quickly so that I can look at getting an X30 or X50 without having to come out of pocket too much.
