Is there a warranty remaining on this axim? If so when was the hand held purchased and when does the warranty expire?

Yep - there is a warranty left on the axim which I am more than willing to transfer into your name.

It is a 2 year warranty and it ends: 06-30-08 (2 yr).

Does it have WM 5 or is it using WM 2003? I'm interested if it is using the old version.

I have both Operating Systems for it. WM5 was shipped to me after I purchased it. It comes with both.
