Trust me when I say this--it's not. I had one for awhile, and the iPaq really isn't that good. The larger screen is kind of nice, but it's big, the controls suck, it doesn't have WM5, it doesn't have as much memory, it doesn't have as good a display system, it doesn't have VGA out, etcetera. Keep your Axim, you'll be happier this way.
