These are the typical adapters you use with a sync cable to charge your Axim on a wall outlet or in the car. I got these as part of a package with a VGA cable, but since I use my GPS "y" cable to charge the Axim in the car, I don't need it.

They are rated at 1000mah and 850mah, which is a little low, I know. ***However***, the marking on the item and its performance don't always match up. I've found that I can charge my Axim while using it in either case. The only exception is when the battery is really low AND the Axim is on using Wifi - in this case, the adapters don't seem to charge it. This is likely a corner case that doesn't affect most people, though.

I'm asking 10 USD shipped - sounds like a decent deal to me, especially since I see them go for 10 USD each. (I'm fine shipping outside the US as long as you help with shipping costs).
