It's really in mint condition. I got it new last christmas together with the bluetooth keyboard from Expansys but didn't use them much at all. Absolutely no problem with the mouse. It's in the pouch all the time when not in use， so no scratches or scuffs as I can see.

As I said, the only reason for the trade is that I want a black one. Since I sold the silver keyboard already, not neccessary to keep the silver mouse for color matching.

I can take some hi-res pictures if neccessary.
