That is definately a neat piece of electronics... I want one just for the coolitudeness factor. Unfortunately (fortunately actually) the coolitudeness factor doesn't weigh heavily on my wallet. I never use my ax on a flat surface.

Do you also have the original CD? Also, I thought I spied the case in one of the photos, but wanted you to clarify.

I'm actually curious how this works.. How does it know when you've hit a key as opposed to just having your hand hovering over the "keyboard"?

It has a IR field as well that it lays out. When you break the IR field it can tell which key you pressed.

It is a bit wierd to get used to as you cannot set you fingers on the keys when you dont want that key to be pressed, you have to hover your hand in the air above it (unlike a keyboard where you can rest you fingers on it).

It is different, but definently a cool gadget to impress you friends (I have one as well that my friends love to play with :p )

Sorry, I forgot: I've got a $49.99 import limit. So I'll go for $49.99 shipped to Israel (so that I won't have to pay the import duty). PM me.
