On the other hand, i did not appreciate you opening a dispute as for I have perfect ratings in every single forum I attend. I would never screw anyone for a measly $150.00 when I make over 100K a year.
Please try formatting the card and since I did a hard reset please upload the dell cd's to both the computer and hard drive.
I extremely doubt the axim I've had and use for a year broke on a 2 day trip. Please advise.

I have tried and tried numerous hard and soft resets to get this to work. I have tried the SD that you sent with the Axim along with about 4 that I own. If you insert the card in the slot and hold it a few seconds, the Axim will recognize the card; but it will not do a data backup to any SD card, if you try to copy a simple text file it will give an "Cannot copy...Error code 31. A device attached to the system is not functioning." Then when going into the memory utitily it will show the card as being full and only a few k free. It just doesnt work. My X5 that I use now has over 512megs of documents on it SD so its not like I can use this X30 but not use the memory slot.
It must be very nice to make over 100K a year, I do not. It's not a measly $150, it was exactly $165.00 that I paid you, so will you refund my money? I feel that I needed to post the dispute in Paypal in order to protect me. As I type this I see you have not even posted anything to the paypal dispute.
I would like a refund, I will mail the item back you, email the tracking number as I recieve it and I will send it requiring you to sign for the package so I know you got it back.
