350/400 isn't your price, it's your starting bid -.-

FYI: You're supposed to start ebay auctions at 1 dollar to get a lot of bidder attention.

Please clarify:

What are you SELLING not AUCTIONING for $350, for $400. Also: update the lead post with this info.

Thanks

Good cause for the Air Force

I am actually in the market for several WII's. I am in the US Air Force. My squadron has taken upon itself to collect as many Nintendo Wii's as it can for the less fortunate this year. We are willing to buy it for $270 so that we may give to a young child this Christmas who normally wouldn't have a good Christmas. Would you be willing to part with the bare bones system with nothing extra for the price of $270? If anyone knows of anyone who would want to help out please let me know. We currently were able to acquire only two. We tried to acquire more, however none of the big chain department stores were willing to help out. We aren't asking for freebies (however that would be great) All we asked the stores to do was just hold one back for us so that we could purchase it. They were unwilling to do that so any help would be appreciated. If anyone would like to help please let me know by PM or posting here. Thank you for reading this....

P.S. Thank you everyone for a great forum I have been a member of this forum for a little while now and you all have been very helpful. I wouldn't have known what to do with my new Axim without you guys and gals. Again Thank you.

Erm, right. And I'm santa & I need a bunch of Wiis for all the needy little children.. but my budget is low this year due to the high gas prices.

If you weren't such a new member and provided a scan (blocking out non-crucial /highly personal information) of your military ID, I might actually believe you.

You can believe it. I am more than willing to get you in touch with my command if you are willing to help out to prove that this is strictly legit. I have nothing to hide. I am not out to scam anyone. I am just out to help needy children this Christmas. If you give me about 10 minutes I can actually provide that scan if I must. Let me know.

Thanks

There's no chance anyone is going to even remotely believe you without it, so do I really have to ask again?

Here is an image of the top half of my ID card...I can't show any more as that would be in violation and I can only leave the link for a short time but here is my ID.

F2504X4,
When you say it is a small world....do I know you lol.

I will tomorrow as I want to ensure I give them all the correct information exact address and phone. I don't want to give them wrong information so that they think there is any validity to Maced's post.

In the case that what he says is true, I apologize.. but still, stay sharp if you're being generous like this. The internet is a dangerous/cruel place, and 99% of the time someone's trying to take advantage of your humanity. It still smells fishy to me.

Maced,
You are 100% correct with the above statement. Many people do take advantage of people everyday; that is why I posted part of my ID to prove my case. I am not out to scam anyone. I am just here to try to help those less fortunate than ourselves to a good Christmas. As I stated before I will post my Command's Information tomorrow night as I am going into work tomorrow to ensure I have all the correct information for everyone. Also I am about to remove my ID picture to let everyone know. Please be sure to post stating that I did have it posted, so no one else ask to see it. I would greatly appreciate that.

Thank you
