It's $54 US brand new from amazon.com for that exact card, less for some of the other brands. Being paypal verified requires you have a credit card, so might as well get something brand new for less than used. If it wasn't US only and/or paypal verified you would probably have more response at that price, but I thought I would give you a heads up on your price.

This exact card is on amazon but not directly sold by Amazon, also there is shipping ($5.75--add to cart to see the shipping) ) and possibly tax involved.

Also, it's not PP CC payment only.
