I have an axim x51v it comes with:

1100mah Dell battery
2400mah battery with cover
The dell cradle (I severed the usb line so it just charges off the wall)
A boxwave mobi sync miniSync - Axim X51v Retractable Cable / Dell Axim X51v Retractable Cable / Axim X51v USB Cable / Dell Axim X51v USB Cable
