It uses SD memory cards, with support for larger SDHC cards. A 32mb memory card is included to get you started. The a640 easily hooks up to your television for sharing photos on a big screen. Use the included software and USB cable to transfer, organize, and edit your photos. It's compatible with your PC or Mac. This is an amazing camera that will make your shots look professional. It's auto feature automatically detects lighting, color, focus, and shutter speed to ensure you get the best picture. For a more hands on touch, the Canon features many manual settings such as ISO, Exposure, Black and White, Sepia, and picture quality settings. Additionally, it sports a tripod mounting hold on the bottom. The screen is very large and bright, so you'll be able to see it, even in sunny conditions. The a640 also shoots high resolution movies with sound that can be played back on your TV or computer, and be uploaded to youtube.
