Yes, the back is totally smooth. No place to attach a belt clip. They sold a model with the beltclip and without... I bought the one without because all the phones, etc. that I've had with beltclips were horrible (they swing when you walk!).

Is that one for the normal or extended battery, does it let you dock the unit without removing the case, and how much for shipping to T6J 3Y6 (canada).

I'd like to say that this is a great price! I have a Sena black Croc case and love it. The case fits like a glove, you can soft reset, sync and charge in the cradle without removing it. Hope this helps any fence sitters make a decision.:approve:

Thanks for the help! Yeah I loved the SENA case, the only reason I'm selling it is I'm moving on to an iPhone (I really want a converged device) and already sold my x51v.
