It has a physical issue that the picture does not reveal.

Try to picture the component that connects to the command button ribbon cable. It is the white piece located in the extreme lower left corner of the mobo. The top solder points are severed from the mobo. I guess it could be re-soldered and would work fine. It was a working unit without any problem. Right now, it is only connected via the lower solder points.

It has WM 2003SE on it. I didn't mess with the ROM at all. It has a backup battery + one extra (for future use).

Since it has an issue, I'm only asking $8 via paypal for mobo and shells.

The shells are in good shape. The top shell does have a 1/2 in scuff on lower left silver finish.

thanks, for the sale. The mobo works fine, and I got a few of the buttons working. The shells is great too.
