f/s: Ipaq hw 6515 ppc phone (gsm comp network) $200
selling my used HP Ipaq hw 6515 pocket pc phone running windows mobile 2003 phone edition. this is a great all-in-one device which has bluetooth, irda, built-in camera, sd and minisd expandability, as well as gsm (US cingular/at&t/verizon) compatibility. built in keyboard is a must for me anymore, and the oem screen protector is an awsome addition. the device works great and comes with an oem charger and cradle. i have a spectec wifi card for use with this device (also posted on this forum) for an additional $40 with the purchase of the 6515. please let me know if you have any questions :)

no, i purchased it from cingular...
i do believe you can use a different rom to unlock it, however

Hi,
I have a "silly" question. What does unlocked mean? Also, can these devices be used without using the phone portion? Also, is this device VGA?

Some mobile phone networks 'lock' handsets to their own network. So a 'locked' Tmobile handset cannot be used on the Vodafone network for example.
Unlocked network will work on any network (as long as you have a valid SIM card for that network)

yes the device can be used without actually using the phones radio. you have full windows mobile functionality plus the ability to use it as a phone. thats what makes these devices so cool.
no its not a vga device. as far as i know, there arnt any vga pocket pc phones out there... would be nice :)
