the unit cosmetically is absolutly flawless, no nics, scratches of any kind.
this unit has had a screen protector and silicone case applied before it was powered on for the first time.

the unit works fine except for the problem with the button board. the hang up button keeps being activated every 10-15 seconds. im sure this is just a defective button board which can be repaired or replaced via ppctechs.
if i hold the hang up button down, the phone works like normal. i tried upgrading the rom/radio rom but did not affect it, the rom did upgrade successfully. ive tried reset, hard reset, total power cycle (left battery out over night) but does not affect the buttons. this leads me to believe its just the button board circuit.
camera, usb port, audio jack, speaker, wifi, bluetooth are all working flawlessly. the bluetooth even supports A2DP which works excelent with the cellink BT headphones.
