The Beef on this one is the PDA is in great shape. There are no scratches on the screen becuase it as always had a screen protector attatched. The body is in almost perfect shape, no dents no scratches. I have used this for about a year now and have had absolutely no problems with anything. Everything is full functional. I love this thing but my wife won't let me have this and a laptop. Let me know if you have anymore question.
