I mention talking to Chris about it because he has the ability to check posters' IP addresses and such, something that I don't think all the mods can do.

On one hand Chris is very busy, so... I think that that's what mods are for.
And also in general a strong comunity works better than 1k mods. So I'm actually proud that we cought the guy.
On the other hand I agree, rudeness is never a solution. Even if we are human and sometimes anger takes over.
I mean I feel so upset in this situation. I really hate people that try to rip off the others hard earned money.
Anyway, this thread was very entertaining :icon_band . Let's keep it alive!

Dude. I never ripped anyone off nor did I intend to. As I have said many times already in this thread, I needed to sell my items fast... I did what I thought was necessary (at the time) to just get some people off of my back in my original post because they kept bashing and bashing. It's obvious now that I just made myself look like a moron and also made myself to appear different than I am. I am not a thief, and I am not a scammer. I said before, I have been ripped off a few times online and know how much it sucks! However, I have many successful trades and sales online with money orders and such that went flawlessly. Out of the few times I have been burned, I could never do that to someone else. Whatever you guys think of me, well that's cool. This whole thread and this situation is f***ed up and I admit it. But it looks bad, when it really isn't.
Again, I WAS NOT RIPPING ANYONE OFF. YOU WILL SEE WHEN JOSHUA GET'S HIS STUFF AS DESCRIBED AND ON TIME!
PXPX:
I talked to you the day you sent payment, and maybe the day or so after. I was out of town (Rialto, CA) for a big race and had my buddy Matt handling things around here. When I got back I saw a note for me saying you wanted a refund, and that day I sent your money back. How did I ripp you off?
Here is a picture for all you guys who think I'm a "scumbag" and have been lying through my teeth.

What about on the other thread you posted as "Steeda" when you said you were selling the Axim because you got the same thing from your wife? You are 17 and have a wife? Get real. It has all been a big lie. I think that the company belongs to your dad and you are just trying to use his credentials passed off as your own. My two cents.

Oh, just because you said it in one of the other threads. I thought your wife got it for you.

First his wife, then his boss, then a friend got it for him.
He's 17 and been in business for 14 years, and the only lie he admits to is that Blue Star isn't his father. No credit card but supposedly has several business accounts with credit and a cellphone. Not even a good liar,I have never seen such a thing.
Could list several other lies that are obvious too

This whole episode kind of reminds me of this famous thread from a couple years ago. I'm not saying that Steeda stole anything, but its that whole 2 username thing that just freaks me out. When I saw he was into cars, I though of this.

Please read my other posts. I said I am not married, my mom actually as the one who bought the 2nd X30.
You can think what you want about my company...

In the second to the last post in the other thread by Steeda, he claims (using his other user name CUAT150):
I closed my eBay account as stated before. If I was kicked off I would have people pissed off at me and negative feedback...
This is not necessarily true. You can be removed for many different things, and often it happens before people have time to post bad feedback. Ebay will yank your account for many reasons, such as using different IDs to run up prices (that reminds me of someone!), Non-payment, illegal bid retractions, etc. The fact that the person's feedback that you showed was ID verified(the little white circle with a check mark in it) tells me that that feedback was definitely not yours. Why? Because the very first rule of Ebay is that you have to be 18 years old to join. Even if you did so illegally, you could not have become ID verified without them finding out your age. So, I think you are full of it, and you obviously don't know very much about Ebay.
The supposed feedback for this incredible LIAR can be found here:

Really?? LOL. The eBay account is in my moms name.
If you had actually looked into my eBay account a little bit you would have come accross a few descriptions (most) that have a link that no longer works, but the image is on my www.wdsmx.com server. That was the logo used on almost all the auctions I had posted. This is an example:

Please don't accuse just because you can. :approve:

LOL all you want, but if the Ebay account was in your Mom's name then those feedbacks are NOT yours and you are falsely attributing them to yourself. If those feedbacks WERE from things you auctioned, then you were using the Ebay illegally and should be prosecuted. Which is it? Children cannot use Ebay because they cannot be held legally liable.

That is not true. As long as the account is registered in a name of someone who is 18+, (in this case my mother) anyone can use THAT account. Trust me we looked into this very deeply before setting it up. Everything on that account were items I purchased at cost from my manufactures, and that I placed on eBay and sold. My parents have nothign to do with this ebay account or the site other than the legal side of things.
