I'm sure a lot of people come to these threads to sell their stuff. I did the same... Obviously you want to find a group interested in the item genre to sell your item(s).

CUAT, if you wish to sell your item here, being that you have no posts but in this thread, you are going to have to either accept paypal (so that the buyer can get his money back if something goes awry) or be willing to ship first, then have the buyer send you the money after they have gotten the pda and confirmed that it works as you say. Unfortunately, members have been ripped off in the past by people signing up only to sell things and there is a situation going on right now, so we are very cautious. May I suggest just selling them on ebay? You will probably be able to get more money for them there anyway.

Nicor, I would suggest removing your post and contacting a mod/admin to make your suggestions. Although we need to make sure members remain safe, we also need to make sure not to make a new, legitimate member feel unwelcome because of someone else's depravity. If, in a day or two, he still refuses to provide more info about himself/accept one of the options I provided above, more severe action could be taken, but for now, let's assume the best and make him feel welcome!

The answer is no, it isn't how we treat people. But the fact of the matter is that people are very cautious dealing with people and sending them hundreds of dollars when they have no proof that person will send them their goods. I think this is understandable, don't you? People will warm up quickly, don't worry. Start a thread over in the introductions forum and everyone will quickly welcome you to the crew and wish you luck.

I would love to see some pics. My daughter's X5 is starting to crap out on us - poor thing has been thru the war. I assume that both units are in working order?
I think the biggest problem is when you start a for sale thread, you should be as descriptive as possible with pictures, references, etc. Especially if you joined just to sell something.
I've been in the buy/sell/trade business since 2000 and have been screwed countless times as I'm sure many others have. It's hard to trust someone who opens a post the way this guy did. Sorry for sounding like a douchebag though :(

I, personally, would question how or why a 17yr old would buy TWO similar PDA's from someone and realize they didn't need it? And his boss also bought TWO pda's? Am I the only person that buys one PDA at a time?
Nothing against you CUAT, welcome to Aximsite - but there's always a sense of caution when your asking someone to send a money order for a few hundred dollars to a stranger, and ask them to trust that you will ship the PDA.

The X30 is the 624MHz and has a brand new cradle for it. All the software is included. I want maybe $250 for it? I donno. I will see if I can get a picture soon.
