I have a brand-new (but opened and tested) TV CF Card for Pocket PC. It can receive both VHF and UHF channels. You'll need to download the latest drivers (which include a VGA driver for the Axim X50!) from the company's Web site:

I don't live in a major metropolitan area (I'm on the suburb fringes), so my reception with the card isn't great. But it does work, and it's pretty cool.
